The Natural Architecture of the Cosmos

Victoria + Albert stands as the premier design icon for luxury freestanding bathtubs within the House of Rohl® group. It exclusively employs volcanic limestone (QUARRYCAST™), sourced from natural South African stone, to meticulously craft exceptional bathroom products that have long been cherished by the British royal family. Under the colossal heat and pressure of volcanic magma, raw minerals are transformed into an extraordinarily hard material; once finely milled and blended with high-grade natural resin, this process yields a world-class composite. Not only does this material boast remarkable strength and malleability, but its naturally refined essence—honed over millions of years and enriched by the life-affirming element of water—resembles a blessing from the cosmos, imbuing spaces with nurturing and restorative energy.

➤ The esteemed Victoria + Albert bathroom brand is favored by luminaries such as the British Queen, David Beckham, Tom Cruise, and tennis icon Venus Williams, and is also the chosen bathroom outfitter for luxury establishments like Spain’s Six Senses, Dubai’s Four Seasons, and America’s St. Regis hotels. The annual masterpiece “Seros” collection, with its clean, fluid artistic lines that express varied architectural dynamism, stands as the premier home design choice for those who appreciate a natural aesthetic.
Seros Unlocks a Realm of Healing

Beyond its innovative use of volcanic limestone, Victoria + Albert is celebrated for its signature elegance in design. In a distinctive collaboration, the brand has joined forces with British sculptor Sophie-Elizabeth Thompson to unveil the refreshingly original “Seros” collection. The collection’s dynamic, sinuous curves echo the natural rhythm of flowing water, while its delicately textured surfaces mimic the gentle ripples created as waves caress the shore and a soft breeze stirs fine sand—imbuing the pieces with boundless healing energy.

➤ Renowned for its premier freestanding bathtubs, Victoria + Albert collaborates with British sculptor Sophie-Elizabeth Thompson to introduce the new “Seros” bathroom collection. The designs evoke the profound beauty of coastal landscapes while stirring an inner yearning for tranquility.
"I relish creating in my seaside studio, where the interplay of the sea and the wind leaves gentle imprints upon the shore—instilling a profound sense of peace and joy. It is this inherent beauty of nature that I strive to capture in the Seros collection."– Sophie-Elizabeth Thompson

➤ Based in Barcelona, artist Sophie skillfully employs materials such as stone, ceramics, and resin in her creative endeavors, using both sculpture and painting as avenues for profound self-exploration.

The fluid, sculpted lines of the Seros collection make it the undeniable focal point of any bathroom. Sophie emphasizes that true strength arises from pure, unmediated experiences, drawing inspiration from the interplay of natural elements to infuse her designs with vibrant vitality. For example, the softly rounded edges of the bathtub evoke the gentle sway of a mother cradling her baby, enveloping the bather in a warm embrace; likewise, the pillar-style basin—exuding sculptural elegance with its ingeniously concealed drainage—renders the integrated design as if it were organically sprouting from the floor. Surrounded by Seros, one can fully immerse in the tranquility Sophie intends to convey and truly savor the comfort and purity of the moment.
Following its European launch—which sparked considerable buzz at the Milan International Design Exhibition—the Seros collection has chosen the Taiwanese city of Chiayi, renowned for its sculptural craftsmanship, as the venue for its Asian debut. Victoria + Albert’s Asia Pacific Sales Manager, Mr. Nick Tan, noted that Chiayi is home to many of Taiwan’s celebrated contemporary artists; presenting a creation imbued with the heartfelt vision of its makers in such a setting stirs a deeply moving aesthetic resonance. Moreover, the event featured a hands-on workshop with natural mineral crystals, inviting participants to explore the connection between self and the cosmic natural world, thereby enriching the dimensions of life.

➤ In addition to the integrated pillar-style basin, the Seros 55—designed for installation on countertops or vanity units—harmoniously echoes the sculptural form of its accompanying bathtubs.
