Fashion and style don't always have to look bright and colorful, they can be presented in a casual and sophisticated way through the natural materials used and the sunlight that pours into the room. This residential space in Linkou uses a combination of wood patterns, slicestone and special paints, with orange as the visual focal point and white as the backdrop for the space, allowing each material to be used appropriately to interpret the casual atmosphere of the space.The homeowners expected a living space with a distinctive and stylish look. The foyer uses black mirrored glass with an orange chest of drawers to provide the first impression as you enter the room. The dark tone mirror reflects the flowing shadows of people, while the chest of drawers is at an accessible height to create a platform for keys and other small items. The living room is a public space where family and friends gather, consisting of a wooden lattice TV wall which exudes a natural atmosphere. The attractive curved design on the side creates an invisible arc that separates the entrance from the main area of the home, leading one’s eyes from the floor-to-ceiling window to the lattice and then to the stone back wall of the sofa. The two wood and stone walls contrast each other, allowing for the simultaneous appearance of delicate and boldness. At the same time, the conversation between people, the dialogue between space and material, 

all live in the sunny and warm field, showing the wonderful reflection of the compatibility between design and life. The dining room is relatively quiet compared to the living room. The light shines diagonally from the window into the grey paint-based dining and kitchen space. The uneven color of the paint adds warmth to the light and shadow; the simple centre island and dining table form a T-shape, creating a moving circuit that connects the living room at the front and the private area at the back, serving as a medium to transform between the public and private spaces. In the master bedroom, the grey wall above the bed extends to the ceiling, with the L-shaped white wall at the entrance creating a contrast between the grey and white structure, while the circle-shaped wall light on the side wall adds warmth to the clean-lined bedroom. The study space follows the basic grey and white color scheme of the entire interior. The sofa bed by the window provides a relaxing atmosphere; together with the collection of Lakers jerseys on the wall, the design of the space is a complete reflection on the homeowner's lively personality.

During the design process, designer Yu Chia-hong liked the light surrounding the whole space, so he took this as a starting point and used the soft furnishings together with the hardware to create a unique and natural design that covers both fashion and leisure.

時尚風格不一定總是繽紛多彩的亮麗呈現，透過自然材質的鋪陳，以及灑入室內的陽光加乘也能呈現帶有休閒感的精緻韻味。此處位於林口的住宅空間，運用木紋、拓採岩片與特殊塗料相互混搭，以橘色凸顯為空間視覺的焦點，並善用白色本身的純粹作為空間留白的背景，讓每種材質適如其分，詮釋休閒氛圍。

屋主期待著有個性、有時尚感的居住空間，玄關處利用黑鏡玻璃和橘色抽屜櫃創造入門的第一道端景，色澤低調的鏡面倒映流動的人影，抽屜櫃以抬手可得的高度創造置物平台，可收納鑰匙等小物品。進一步走入客廳，這隅凝聚家人朋友的公共區域，以一道木質格柵電視牆散發自然氣息，側邊引人注目的曲面設計，划出一道隱形弧線區隔入口與家的主場域，將視線從盡頭落地窗導向格柵，並環繞至石材薄片的沙發背牆，兩扇牆面木與石的相對，使細膩與粗獷並陳，而人與人之間的交談，空間與材質的對話，也同時間存在於陽光充沛的熱絡場域裡，顯見設計與生活相容的精彩輝映。

相對於客廳的熱鬧，餐廳顯得較為寧靜

光線從窗外斜照以灰色塗料為基底的餐廚空間，塗料色澤不均的特殊性質讓光影更有溫度，簡單的中島與餐桌組成T字型，動線洄游循環，連結前端客廳，也銜接裏端私領域，形成轉換公私領域的媒介。主臥房的床頭牆面以灰色塗料延伸到天花板，入口處打造L型的純白造型牆，灰白呼應創造空間結構的對比，一旁牆上圓形壁燈畫龍點睛的裝飾以柔克剛，在牆線俐落的臥房裡增添暖意。書房空間延續整體室內灰白為主的基礎色調，窗邊的沙發臥榻呈現閒適氛圍，結合牆上的湖人隊球衣收藏，藉空間質感完整展現男主人活潑的性格。

回溯設計的過程，俞佳宏設計師很喜歡整體空間的光線氛圍，便以此為起點，利用軟裝的呼應、硬體的搭配，涵蓋時尚與休閒，打造此處個性獨特且帶有自然氣息的設計作品。
