Surrounding the concept of the wind that blows across the land, the rotating screen at the gate is furnished to provide users an approach to the tea aroma and strengthen the olfactory memory and the visual effect. The main wall of the bar and the signboard made from textured foamed slates conjures up the image of hazy mountains. Wind and mountains ingeniously, if not perfectly, portray the fertility of the land.
以覆蓋整片大地的風為主軸，藉由領檯區旋轉式屏風的設計帶出風的意象，引導使用者感受香氣、加強嗅覺記憶與視覺感受。而吧台主牆及招牌的設計上，則使用了紋理強烈的發泡石板，表現出屬於山的意象。透過風與山，傳達出有關這片土地的美好。
Then the poetry, the pastoral description of the environment, space, and feeling in the poems is deconstructed into space design elements: the poetry is embodied to fortify the splendor of the atmosphere and the space by juxtaposing the green artificial stone with the existing green tiles of the building and the auburn wood materials.
再以詩為媒介，將詩詞對環境、空間與情感的描寫，重新解構後並轉化爲空間的設計元素：透過綠色的人造石材呼應建物原有的綠色磁磚，更透過帶紅木頭色材質的搭配，讓詩詞的意境實體化，更與空間的氛圍相互映襯。
The redolence of teas, the mellowness of wines,
accompanied by the fragrance and poetry
carried by a gentle breeze,
what more could one ask for?
好茶、美酒，
伴隨著陣陣微風帶來的香氣與詩詞賦予的情懷
