A Creative Experimental Showcase of Active Surfaces® Ceramic Technology
From Berlin to London, ICG Gallery presented “Traces & Flavors,” a multisensory celebration of sight, touch, and taste curated by visual design artist Idan Gilony and officially featured in the Berlin Food Week program. By seamlessly integrating innovative cuisine, contemporary art, and avant-garde Active Surfaces® ceramic technology, the event delivered a uniquely immersive experience—each meticulously crafted element awakening the palate and guiding guests through an unforgettable sensory journey.
As guests stepped into the gallery’s thoughtfully arranged bar area, welcome cocktails echoed with the clink of glasses, gently breaking the evening’s hush and heralding the celebration’s opening. Inventive canapés followed in succession, igniting boundless anticipation for the flavors that lay ahead. Encircling tables clad in Active Surfaces® ceramics, chefs showcased their improvisational flair and technical mastery, artfully arranging ingredients atop pristine white platforms. Visitors were invited to help themselves, transforming these antibacterial surfaces into dynamic culinary stages that brilliantly demonstrated the multifunctional possibilities of Active Surfaces® technology—and fostered spontaneous connections among attendees.
