Miramar Tower
In cities where land is scarce and population density keeps rising, balconies are often the first casualty. Yet architecture that centers around terraces shifts the focus away from mere floor-area, embracing instead a deeper longing — for better living quality and a true connection to the outdoors. Perhaps the true highlight of a building isn’t the moment it touches the ground, but that instant when the idea is born in the architect’s mind.
“We wanted something potentially unrepeatable... a habitable sculpture.” Standing out for its uniqueness in the landscape and for its proximity to the sea, Miramar Tower is similar to the buildings in Pasteleira Park to the north, in proportion and dimension, but otherwise completely distinctive in its concept approach. The volumetric composition is the result of the architecture drive with the ambition to develop housing typologies with more than 200 square meters of balcony areas per floor.
