Located in Taipei City, this elegant residence is where a family of three and a family dog gather on weekends. The homeowner's taste in living is reflected in the ambiance of the residence, with every nook and cranny enchanting the relaxation and comfort of everyday life, with sufficient spaciousness for the family members to enjoy their own solitary moments, or to have their own space in the cozy and welcoming common areas. Designer Abraham Lee attentively observed the personalities of the residents and incorporated the romance and spontaneity of Southern European routines into the residence, transcending the framework of standardized layout to accomplish a distinctive living style.

As the homeowners are often in contact with European and American culture, they are attracted by the unrestrained living philosophy of Southern Europe, which has been implicitly incorporated into their daily lifestyle. On this occasion, the homeowners decided to acquire a property in Taipei, adopting Abraham Architecture & Interior's design approach to care for every detail of the space and make life the way they want it to be. Upon entering the home, the most appealing aspect of the space is the display of kitchenware, where the dark tone of the space originates from an Italian brand kitchenware design. The somber texture gradually broadens from the center kitchen island to the surrounding walls, with each shelf and each arrangement in accordance with the taste of the home, while the light from the windows projects on the minimalistic dark tones of the interiors, scattering on the nodal texture of the wooden floors, revealing the characteristic ambiance of the home.

Each furnishing in the home may appear to be unintentionally composed, but when explored independently, each piece of furniture is characterized by extraordinary nuances, which in turn serve to superimpose a ritual sense of the public space. The center kitchen island, a favorite of the homeowners, has emerged as the visual protagonist of the public configuration, and has redefined the living room through its soft furnishings, employing a Danish brand TV with speakers and a brand backless sofa to provide a new perspective on the living room area, offering the most intimate experience for this modest home environment, as well as an open dining table and kitchen adjacent to it, providing more harmonious interactions between the family members at an intimate proximity. In addition, the house is fully equipped with floor heating and a fireplace, enabling the husband to relish the cold winter days in the house.

The public and private areas are delineated by a sliding door, with a pull-up bar on the walkway for the husband's physical training, and a separate sink in the guest bath, intentionally designed to accommodate different purposes, with a carefully selected sink design and a flow of water descending from the ceiling to further diversify living routines. The two bedrooms are compact and multi-functional. The dressing room and the bathroom in the master bedroom are integrated in a seamless manner, with separate functions for the toilet and the bath, and the sink also serves as a make-up table for the lady of the house. The sink surface extends to the dormitory area, where a glass window connects the two areas, establishing a sense of inter-user closeness throughout the space.

The TV wall is a departure from what is expected of it; the float sofa allows for casual relaxation; and the center kitchen island becomes an integral element of the space. The spatial configuration of this house is an interpretation of a unique philosophy of living, from the selection of soft furnishings to the ingenuity of the arrangement, one can't help but imagine what it would be like to live here, and the most gratifying way of living that the homeowners have found in their repeated experiences of life.

這戶雅居座落於台北市區，一家三口與一狗在週末聚首於此宅，屋主對於生活的品味落實於家居的氛圍，每個角落都能讓人陶醉於生活的閑暢自適，剛剛好的空間足夠家庭成員享有各自的獨處空間，或是在巧致溫馨的公共區域各據一方。設計師李靜敏細膩體察居者的個性特質，將南歐的日常浪漫與隨性融入住宅中，跳脫制式的格局框架，成就別具特色的生活模式。

由於屋主的工作常常接觸歐美文化，在耳濡目染之下深受南歐不受拘束的生活理念所吸引，因此也潛移默化至日常中。這一次在台北置產，也透過僕人建築的設計，用心照顧好空間中的每一處細節，將生活過成想要的樣子。進入屋內，最吸引目光的區域在於廚具的展示，空間中的深色定調也是起始於這一座義大利品牌的廚具設計，沈著的質感從中島慢慢拓向周圍壁面，每個層架、每個擺設都講究品味，窗外的光線投射於室內的簡約深色調，灑在木地板的節點紋理上，帶出屬於這個住家的氣質。

住宅中的每個擺設看似不刻意營造，但獨立探究每一件家具，都是不凡的細節，也藉由這些迷人的細節堆疊出公領域的生活儀式。備受屋主喜愛的中島成為公共配置中的視覺主角，並且透過軟裝擺設重新詮釋了客廳的定義，採用丹麥品牌的電視結合揚聲器，搭配品牌的無背靠沙發，對客廳區域提出新的見解，為這個佔地不大的家居環境提供了最舒適的體驗，與開放式餐桌、廚房鄰接，使親密的距離給予家人們更多和諧相處的時間。更特別的是，屋內的地暖及火爐設備齊全，讓男主人能更享受在這個住宅中渡過冷冽的冬日。

公私領域的劃分運用一道拉門界分，走道上設置單槓方便做男主人運動訓練，一旁的客浴空間刻意獨立出洗手台，貼心拆解不同的使用需求，洗手台的造型更是精心挑選，從天花板降流的水花為生活增添了幾分趣味。兩間臥室空間小巧而功能俱全，主臥室內的更衣室與衛浴動線一氣呵成，衛廁與沐浴功能各自獨立，洗手台同時也是女主人的化妝桌，空間中的細節設計緊密貼合使用者習慣。洗手檯面延伸至寢區，一面玻璃窗聯繫起兩個區塊，透過空間創造使用者之間的親密感。

電視牆跳脫該有的樣子；嘗試隨性坐臥的沙發浮島；中島成為空間主體，此住宅的空間配置演繹了不同以往的生活哲學，從軟裝樣式的挑選到擺設的巧思，讓人忍不住想像居住此的情境，這是屋主反覆體驗人生後找到最滿意的生活方式。
