海南島的旖旎風光吸引著來自四面八方的旅客，人們在此交會與交流，天然的景觀讓人無心機的分享所見所聞。落成於石梅灣的一座構築量體和睦融入自然景觀中，看上去像似怡然漂浮於水岸，到了夜間，微微光輝滲著療癒，成為人們心靈的靠港，也被設計者賦予了「島嶼集會所」的主題。
The picturesque beauty of Hainan Island attracts travelers from all directions, where people come together and exchange experiences. The natural landscapes create a tranquil environment, perfect for sharing and appreciating the sights and sounds. Standing gracefully in Shimao Bay, a harmonious architectural structure seamlessly blends into the surrounding nature, appearing to float serenely along the waterfront. As night falls, gentle illumination emanates a soothing glow, becoming a sanctuary for the soul and embodying the theme of "Island Gathering Place" bestowed upon it by the designers.
本案基地後方傍山，前方則有人造水景，視線所及的景觀都是切心擷取與框選，讓建築中的人盡情親近自然。從景觀、建築到室內經過熱切交流，彼此調整到最佳狀態並緊密搭配，由內而外發揮其最大價值。未來這棟接待中心也會轉為公設使用，因此內部的配置將日後的轉換使用也一併列入考慮。設計團隊希望以謙卑的角度切入，取自當地、尊崇自然，而非慣性引入都會的物件。團隊以海南島苗族的「聚落式」建築生態為發想，以及船型屋作為靈感設計鋁板屋頂，呼應當地文化情感。屋頂的室內材質則是木質格柵層層攀升，頂部天窗可隨時觀覽天候動態，有利於氣流循環及收納管線設備。建築與室內規劃減少內外屏障，運用玻璃帷幕模糊邊界，最大面積接觸山水秀景。辦公機能區集中於景觀面較少的區塊，考量到此區採光差，因此拓展一方戶外庭院，從天井灑入自然的氣息。
The site of this project is backed by mountains and faces an artificial water feature, carefully selecting and framing the views within sight, allowing people within the building to fully embrace nature. Through enthusiastic collaboration, the landscape, architecture, and interior are closely coordinated and adjusted to achieve optimal harmony, maximizing their value from the inside out. In the future, this reception center will be converted for public use, so the interior configuration takes into account future adaptability. The design team approaches the project with humility, drawing inspiration from local indigenous architecture and the concept of clustered settlements, as well as incorporating the shape of a boat into the design of the aluminum roof, echoing the local cultural sentiment. The interior of the roof features layered wooden lattices, allowing for a dynamic view of the weather through skylights, promoting airflow circulation and accommodating utility lines. The architectural and interior planning minimizes barriers between the interior and exterior, utilizing glass curtains to blur the boundaries and maximize exposure to the beautiful landscape. The functional office areas are concentrated in the sections with less prominent views, considering the limited natural light in those areas. Therefore, an outdoor courtyard is created, allowing natural light to pour in through the atrium, bringing a sense of nature into the space.
從外部進入建築時，透過玻璃持續牽繫著自然景觀，隨著環形的動線起伏流動，從寬闊的場域進入細長廊到，又通往另一處明朗，縮與放、開放與封閉，織於動線體驗中。為了讓空間更貼近自然，特別下降了咖啡廳的地坪，拉近視平面與水平面的距離，營造讓人久久安座、寧靜發呆的空間。藉著移動的過程，帶訪客體驗美好的生活風景，動線末端才會到達洽談區，打破傳統銷售思維，昇華場域的價值。
When entering the building from the outside, the continuous presence of glass maintains a connection with the natural landscape. Following the undulating flow of the circular circulation, one transitions from the spacious area to a slender corridor, leading to another open and bright space. The interplay of contraction and expansion, openness and enclosure, is interwoven within the experiential journey. In order to bring the space closer to nature, the floor level of the café has been lowered, reducing the distance between the visual and horizontal planes, creating a space where people can comfortably sit and peacefully contemplate. Through this movement, visitors are guided to experience the beauty of a harmonious living environment, and at the end of the circulation, they reach the discussion area, breaking away from traditional sales thinking and elevating the value of the space.
建築量體的型態已形成充足的空間張力，設計者希望將空間留給光影與自然去對話，在材質上除去符碼雕飾，以純樸的材質、簡約的線條襯托獨厚的環境，整體以米色調為主軸，注重材料質感的呈現，比如西班牙米黃大理石，近看遠看都有不同的表情紋理。內部的家具為了和空間尺度與調性更為契合，皆採訂製，並且能依活動需求彈性移動，燈具設計多為姿態沈靜，搭配間接光漫射暈染，在夜晚時發出柔和的指引，營造度假飯店的悠閒與浪漫。
The architectural form has created ample spatial tension, as the designers intended to leave space for light and nature to engage in a dialogue. In terms of materials, decorative elements are eliminated, instead emphasizing the use of simple and natural materials, with minimalistic lines complementing the rich environment. The overall color palette revolves around beige tones, focusing on showcasing the texture of materials, such as Spanish Cream Marble, which presents different expressions and textures from both close and distant views. The interior furniture is custom-made to better align with the scale and tonality of the space, allowing for flexible movement according to the activities. The lighting design exudes a calm presence, with indirect illumination casting a soft glow, providing gentle guidance in the evenings and creating a relaxed and romantic atmosphere reminiscent of a resort hotel.
