Home  |  Serenity

Even on weekends, the homeowner in the urban jungle has a great deal of work to complete, resulting in a hectic lifestyle. This may be because he was unable to stay in his little house in Taipei. Therefore, he purchased a new home in Linkou with the intention of creating a space where children may play freely and happily. Nana specializes in designing the appearance of a home as a designer. In addition to preparing to satisfy the homeowner's expectations, she created a cozy ambiance in the expansive room by enabling each area to tell a narrative.

The area is dominated by natural tones, and the island-shaped oak flooring, which feels unusually warm when standing on the solid wood surface, is a representation of life's trajectory, even though it leaves behind remnants of the mundane. A tiny quantity of time-hardened ancient wood is used to infuse a rustic atmosphere and highlight the unique qualities of various locations, such as the small bits of old wood on the entry pillar, which will settle and modify the feelings of those who enter the door.
The expansive and uninterrupted view into the living area like a symphony. The unhindered spatial axis continues across the whole area, extending the expansive perspective from the exterior to the interior. With the designer's bedroom couch and sofa with a revolving backrest, a family of four may read a book in the living room or dining room while facing the window, or enjoy the rare opportunity to sunbathe in the city.

As visitors enter the dining area, the music's pace becomes more cheerful, and they swap glasses and goblets while enjoying themselves. The living room and dining room are separated by a suspended wall that opens into a window view, producing a blocked but not separated perspective and adding an additional dimension to the space. Underneath, a fireplace is installed in an effort to deliver warmth and dehumidification to the dwelling.
Both the male and female owners have their own personal area. The male owner enjoys reading, so the study also serves as a conference room and piano room; the female owner's dressing room is positioned between the bedroom and the bathroom, divided by sliding doors on both sides; when the doors are opened, the airy space continues uninterrupted. The sliding door style is likewise brazenly implemented in the room of the siblings. When the sliding door is closed, two different sleeping rooms are created.

Nana purposefully maintained numerous platforms in the details, a type of white space echoing the home, allowing the family to utilize paintings, floral art, and plants to build their own style and create the melody of a family of four living in a tranquil environment.
